Poniżej zamieszczona jest karta zgłoszenia filmu do festiwalu Lubuskie Lato Filmowe. Poprzez przesłanie tego dokumentu, zgłaszający film akceptuje zasady i przepisy festiwalu, jakie podano na stronie internetowej festiwalu (www.llf.pl) oraz w poniższym zgłoszeniu filmu. Wypełnioną kartę zgłoszeniową oraz kopię podglądową filmu (dane dostępu do screenera) należy przesłać na adres: llf@llf.pl
