By submitting this document, the applicant accepts the terms and conditions of the festival as stated on the festival website and in the film submission below. The completed entry form and a preview copy of the film (screener access information) should be sent to: llf@llf.pl
The decision to show the film at the festival and the selection of the section in which the film will be presented belongs to the Selection Team.
